There are various realms but before you decide playing on one of them, you have to choose your realmlist.
The WrathWoW Realmlist or the AMDWoW one.
WrathWoW Realmlist consists in 4 realms.

WrathWoW (called Old-wrath sometimes) on 3.0.9 patch, its status are increased, so you'll see incredibly high HP's.
New-Wrath on 3.0.9 patch, just like WrathWoW but Durnhold Keep (Custom instance) is open on this realm, which means, if you choose this one, you'll end up pvp'ing more.
My Best WoW: 3.0.9 patch, regular status, custom instance is open as well.
Heroes realm: Just like New-wrath but on 2.4.3 version (TBC)
New-Wrath and WrathWoW will be merging soon.
